Flooding

Reported anonymously at 18:18, Thu 19 November 2009
Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

There is a bridge in Thrup allowing access under the railway to the Thrupp Community Woodland. There is normally water under the bridge most of the year, deeper in winter. A few tons of crushed hardcore or rail ballast to a depth of a foot or more would allow people to use the route with out getting their feet soaked. It is worth noting that access to the bridge is via the canal lift bridge, limit 7 tons AUW
