When does the council propose a return to door step collection of plastics in the Chesterfield area ? There used to be a collection some years ago ,but was stopped ,why was this?I realize there are many recycling points (which I use) and was concerned about the amount I take to these bins and the probable amount that still goes to land fill in the normal waste collections.
