Subsidence in road

This part of the road has major subsidence, which has been reported on 4 occasions to Islington. When it rains it pools masses of water which then soaks pedestrians. I'm tired of this being an usolved problem and of having to dry clean my clothes and watch school kids get soaked because of this problem.It has been here for 3 years now!

From my experience of using this site, Islington does not respond to messages received from it. I can only guess they don't subscribe? I've always had better results going direct to Islington.
