Street cleaning in North Rd, St Andrews

The Level of Street cleaning on North Road appears to have dropped. It needs to be a priority street. This is a street used by many people coming out of takeaways and pubs. There are now hundreds of pieces of litter. It is worst at the Cramwell Road/ Arches end but extends at least as far as Greville Road.
