Pavement/Access Problem

I have in the past contacted newham council regarding the problems of access to 38 and 42 East Avenue. My parents who are both disabled do have a right to access with ease but my complaints are ignored constantly. The pavement outside 38-40 East Avenue Gathers rain water, rubbish and leaves. This makes it impossible to access for my parents. I will be making this known to the disability department. When reported before, the only actions carried out were the paving stones removed, little sand placed underneath it and paving stones placed back which in other words is not good enough. This is a problem that has been around since my parents moved in 25 years ago and I hope to get to the bottom of this soon. The only solution is laying tarmac and drain. I hope reporting it through this website and disability department, will get this problem sorted.
