Cars parked on footpath

The residents of the newly refurbished flats East of the Winter gardens seem to think the footpath in front of their flats is their own private car park. This is the clifftop esplanade and no motorised vehicles apart from TDC or other maintenance vehicles are allowed on it.

Problem ignored. Barriers that are supposed to prevent this are continually left open.

Still happening. Getting worse. On saturday nights this footpath that is now a car park has twenty or thirty vehicles parked for Caprice Club.
