New ramp and road markings

The new ramps at both top and bottom of Goddington lane are too dramatic. I drive a low car and cannot get over them. Fortunately I have the service road at the top of Goddibngtoin Lane to use to escape! Why were we not consulted? What can be done to correct the problem? Also why have all the centre white lines and "slow" markings been removed from the Goddington Lane surface?
