Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later

Several caravans etc seen parked beside Churchill Way West close to Water Works/Railway Cottages in Brookvale. Spotted on evening of Friday 13 November 2009 by ward cllr.
