BT cable box left open

At the entrance to Alma Road, from Berkhampstead Road, on the right-hand side there is a green BT phone box that houses telephone cables for the street. Someone has either left it open (unlocked) or it has been forced open exposing all the cables and electronics inside. Can someone close and lock it please?
