Fly Posting - Salsa

Sent to Lancaster City Council 3 minutes later

This site, and others in Lancaster (FFrances Alley, Morecambe Road, M6 J33, etc.) and as far away as Preston, are regularly used to flypost for Salsa events being held on City Council property - the Ashton Hall. Is this not against the terms of the hall rental? In any case it ought to be stopped or the Council risks being considered as beneficiaries (and thus also liable) of the offence.
