Overgrown

I often walk down this route and am now having to walk in the road as the bushes and trees have now completly taken over the path way, also there is a layer of mud about 1ft in width running the entire length of the path meaning the pathway itself is only about 1/2ft wide. could this be sorted?

the area i marked is where it starts it continues down into hopwood.
