A caravan has been parked at the juction of Gordon Road and St Lukes Avenue for years causing an obstruction to drivers coming out of Gordon Road and turning left into St Lukes Avenue It should be taken awway because caravans are not charged Road Tax their owners think they can just leave them park on the Road for ever about a year ago it did have a notice placed on it to say it was going removed but the notice was removed and the caravan remains there.
