Parking on cycle track

Reported anonymously at 19:27, Mon 9 November 2009
Sent to Barking and Dagenham Borough Council 3 minutes later

Every time I come down Pickering Road I see cars parked on the cycle track. The cycle track is useless if it's not enforced and the pavement parking is an obstruction to wheelchair users etc.
