Hello, would i be correct in thinking that you cannot advertise a parked car for sale thats on the public highway? There is a Toyota Prado Land Cruiser left in one of the free bays in New Road with a for sale sign in the window with a telephone no. 07765883844 Veh. reg S382HGX. Would appreciate if you could get the owner to move it from the bay to allow other people to park as we do not want this bay used as a car lot.I understand the car was left there Thursday evening 5th Nov. 2009 broken down. Many thanks
