Graffiti and lighting

Subway is smothered in graffiti, and smells badly. Also needs improved lighting, as the little darlings like to smash them on way to and from school.

The location was visited on 20/11/09 and this was recently re-painted, graffiti has re-appeared and any offensive graffiti will be removed forthwith. All the lights were working and it did not smell

Two lights are definately not working. The perspex covers are covered in dirt or are discoloured, thus the remaining lights give out little illumination. The subway [u]does[/u] smell of stale urine at times.
