Parked cars causing tailbacks

Please send the traffic wardens here during peak times. In morning rush-hour cars parked northbound (on yellow lines on left outside parking bays) make it difficult for lorries and buses to get past causing tailbacks.

In evening rush hour cars parked on left (southbound and during the restricted parking time - ie. parked illegally) force traffic from 2 lanes down to 1. Would be good to send your wardens there as this will fulfill two objectives:

1. Keep traffic moving and 2. Raise income from a legitimate source.
