At least one abandoned bicycle

The Sheffield cycle racks opposite the Co-op have a least one (and probably) two abandoned bicycles attached to them. At least one is unridable, the other is covered in cobwebs, leaves and litter suggesting long-term neglect. It would be great if these were removed so other cyclists can use these racks efficiently.
