Dog Fouling

There is dog mess on a regular basis on Edward Road. A dog owner who has a rotweiler who lives half way up the road on the left hand side is belived to be the one that is leaving his dogs mess, as advised by neighbours. This is not acceptable as there is a nursey and school at the end of the road so the foot paths are heavily used. Please can action be taken to resolve this. Even in the alley way at the bottom of the road leading to Victoria road there is a lot of dog mess, and All along Victoria road every four to five metres you will see dog mess on the pavements. Please take this seriously and advise as to what action will be taken.
