Phasing of Lights

Having lived near the lights since they were installed nearly 20 years ago, things were not too bad. however it appears that at the end of august someone decided to change the phasing which has resulted in the residents of arbuthnot lane not being able to exit from their homes by car as the traffic is so bad, previously there would always have been a gap whereby residents could exit from their drives however, now because the lights favour traffic coming from blackfen direction it means that when they change to green from arbuthnot lane, the blackfen traffic is going through red lights a lot of the time, i can guarantee at least 3-5 vehicles will breach the red lights under this new scheme, also having timed the lights it appears that they are green for 11-14 seconds exiting from arbuthnot lane and red for 30-40 seconds this allows no time to remove the queues of traffic that seem to be all day. prvioulsy it was rush hours only. The houses in the vicinity now vibrate due to stationary traffic especially london buses which cause an enormous amount of vibration and noise. having already had an enormous claim for underpinning due to subsidence I would be grateful if you could return the phasing to how it was. Thank you
