Pullens Lane South fences vandalised

Overnight last night there appears to have been a bout of vandalism with people ripping out at least three stretches of the knee railing down the side of the green area and the roadway of Pullens Lane South itself.

Further, since the county contractors stopped using the London Rd end of this as a dumping area while they were working on the London Rd project and did not replace all the fencing it has continued to be used as a parking area and the ground is now quite muddy and still churned up near the London Rd entrance.

I notice that someone has thrown a bucket of tarmac into the worst potholes a few months ago so presumaly the city is still accepting some responsibility for this land - could someone go up there and fix the fencing at least please? It's a real mess at the moment.
