Eyesore and inappropriate dumping

There is a private space opposite nos 6&8 Elmgrove road. A Shed has been constructed on it and it's fenced off. However I notice that there are fridges adn what looks like asbestos material in the area. I suggest that it's not being used for appropriate storage but more of a dumping ground, which potentially has hazzerdous products on it. It's also an eyesore and I'd appreacite if someone could investigate. Thanks
