One Way System

On Saturday morning I spotted 3 separate cars driving the wrong way down Church Street even though it is now a one way system. Also, a large lorry was seen driving the wrong way last week. Are there any more enforcements which can be used to stop this happening? Either an accident will happen or the church wall will be damaged again.
