Parking On Double Yellow Lines

On nearly a daily occurrence vehicules are being parked on double yellow lines on Broughton Road at the junction with Bath Road making it very difficult, even dangerous, turning out on to the Broughton Road from Bath Road. Many times there is a van parked there which makes it very dangerous as you just can't see cars coming(usually too fast) down the road. Many of the people don't know there is even a junction there as when there is a vehicule parked illegally it is totally blind.

No change! If you are driving an average small car/saloon it is very difficult to see far enough up the road past the parked cars to pull out safely.
