Northbound traffic on Lytham Road is backing up from the fancy new roundabout, at the junction of Waterloo Road, all the way back past Station Road, to the railway bridge. This roundabout will never flow freely because of the amount of traffic heading east along Waterloo Road, which of course has priority over northbound Lytham Road traffic. Another non-planning department catastrophe.

and further to that as a motorbike user it is very slippy
