New signs

Sent to Blackpool Borough Council less than a minute later

Driving south down Bond St, I see someone has put new signs up saying there are changed priorities on Bond St/Withnell Rd but no road markings so NO-ONE is taking any notice! Which bright spark decided a side road should have priority??!! This is an accident waiting to happen! I can only assume this is a joke & that someone other than the Council has put these signs up to cause an accident?? PLEASE sort this out urgently. Thanks.
