Sent to Aberdeenshire Council 3 minutes later

Two manholes have sunk in footpath on Hillside Road nr Schoolhill Place, which have water pooling in them - this is an additional hazard at this time of year in addition to the obvious trip hazard particularly for older people.

Again - just ignored - no update from council or any action taken. Water has frozen in these over the last few weeks & they are lethal !

ANOTHER REPORT SIMPLY IGNORED - A REAL DANGEROUS HAZARD FOR PEDESTRIANS.

Very poor service - these are an accident waiting to happen - like many of the other reports that seem to just go unoticed/actioned

Still an issue -...chronically dangerous when wet/frozen! ...nobody will bother fixing & it's likely that someone will end up hurt - court costs & damages will be more than the cheap repair that is required.

Seems all parties are disputing who is responsible for these defects...meantime the public's safety is being jepordised
