Commercial vehicles /overnight parking

Commericial vehicles, particularly motorway maintenence vans parked in (and blocking)a turning circle most weekends and some weekday evenings. An eyesore to residents of Ash Close and an abuse of the turning circle which should be accessible for use by delivery vehicles without them having to struggle to turn and mount pavements in some cases (dangerous when this is happening next to the nursery). Double yellow lines would help, empowering residents to ask the people responsible to move their vehicles.
