Parked opposite my driveway on the path when the owner lives the other end of my street and has his own driveway! I am now unable to park outside my own house as the van always arrives home from work before me and parks on the opposite side of the road! My concern is that young children playing on their bikes round the estate come flying out from behind this van and cars coming up the road cannot see them. It is a big van and is obstructing the pathway fully and is only passable on the grass verge. Also vehicles passing the van have to come round a 90deg corner on the wrong side of the road. There have been a few close calls but one day unfortunately the inevitable is going to happen. A few people have approached the owner of this van but his response is 'I don't see what the problem is'. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
