Inoperative Streetlights on New Link Road

Several streetlights are/remain off on the new link road. Can these please be fixed

there are several lights still out on the new link road...which as far as I am aware is adopted & therefore the responsibility of the council...but if not, someone needs to take responsibility for the faulty ones - clearly they are there because they are needed???? Come on someone get them fixed...the dark nights are dangerous enough.
