Why are ice-cream vans permitted to sound their music so loud when they enter a residential road?No other business has the advantage of causing noise pollution for advertising purposes.Thier noise causes disruption to resident's lives, especially affecting shift workers who may be resting at that time. Also the music coming from these vehicles it is very loud and it is time they are requested to find an alternative way of trading.I am sick of their loud musical noises every day and it's disturbing my right to live unpolluted by noise. Please take this into account.Thank you
