Over enthusiastic weed killing

In Shortheath Crest the weeds have been sprayed all along the edge of my lawn (& my neighbours)leaving behind a strip of dying grass. I have only just seeded this area . It is obviously well cared for & there was no need for my house to be done at all. Perhaps the gentleman worker could be asked to use his common sense & only spray the gutter, where incidently the weeds are currently flourishing.

The council will(allegedly)tell their contractor. Meanwhile we are left with a strip of dead grass that WE sowed, and no doubt by next year they won't know or care about it.
