Metal Manhole Cover

On the corner of Spurling Road and Parsloes Avenue there is a metal manhole cover, when wet becomes extremely dangerous - I have slipped on it twice (on both occasion wearing flat walking shoes). Please can whoever is reponsible for it either change it.
