Punctured Tyres

Reported in the Street cleaning category by Autograph Sales Ltd at 10:21, Tue 27 October 2009
Sent to Islington Borough Council 4 minutes later

We at Autograph Sales and we know our neighbours EDF energy are suffering with the same problem. Due to the building work at the top of Station Rd there seems to be an excessive number of nails which are causing far too many punctured tyres. We have had to spend money on 12 puntures in the last 2 months. The cars driving down the road are collecting the nails and so distributing them all over the estate. We realise we are responsible for our car parking space but the rest of the road needs cleaning. The top of the road in generally very grotty with rubbish.

I saw a street cleaner at the top of the road today so I am hoping it is as a result of my complaint. Still not sure why they only going up to a certain point in the road? I have checked with our site manager and she pointed out that the only private areas are the car parks.
