Blocked drains

Sent to Buckinghamshire County Council and South Bucks District Council 3 minutes later

Our gardens are constantly flooding when it rains, This is due to poor drainage also what drains are there are never cleared out.

The problem has not been fixed and to my knowledge nobody has even been to look
