Cigarette Ends

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 21:27, Wed 22 August 2007
Sent to City of London Corporation 3 minutes later

Outside 45 Beech Street there is a constant supply of cigarette ends - can something be done to control this? I understand that there are spot fines that can be imposed for this littering.

Pretty amusing on this one as the City of London emailed me to say that the location is not in The City and that I should contact Islington!!

How pathetic and I think sums up The City - pretty ineffecient and unhelpful in many instances!

The City of London sent this on to Islington as they said the location was in Islington pure incompetence!
