Knocked down lamp post not replaced, very dangerous

Lamp post was hit by a car in July which is part of a pedestrian crossing. Still has not been replaced which leaves a raised island in the middle of the road not lit. A couple of cones have been left but they get removed by the local cone bandit !!Can not been seen until you are right on top of it plus its a 40mph road.
