Large bump in road

A previous repair on the carriageway across the width has left a raised bump that is tall but narrow, causing severe spinal shock when passing over it on a motorcycle. Can this be fixed as it is a hazard.

Transport Failed London has done absolutely nothing to fix this problem, not even a follow up call. They are only interested in raising money from the motorist but won't address road safety issues until someone dies.
