Exit from A90 into Portlethen at Findon Roundabout/Underpass

Traffic leaving the A90 are met with a roundabout dead ahead and an underpass on their right hand side, vision is obscured so drivers CANNOT see traffic exiting the underpass, drivers who do exit the underpass have clear sight of traffic on their right, no traffic coming they exit at speed, ignoring the fact there may be and usually is a driver on their left exiting from the dual carriageway. Some one will be killed here.

This problem is ongoing and despite the Council saying they are aware of there is a problem, nothing has been done.
