Dangerous dog loose

Sent to Denbighshire Council 1 minute later

While walking my dog this morning, I encountered a brown cross bred doberman dog, it growled at me, and its hackles were raised, it had no collar, and when I raised my stick and shouted at it, it turned and ran up the track towards the caravan park. There seems to be an increase in the number of loose dogs in the area.
