Entrance into Portlethen via roundabout underpass

Reported by Bill Arnage at 23:32, Mon 19 October 2009
Sent to Aberdeenshire Council 3 minutes later

Traffic leaving the A90 are met with a roundabout and an underpass on their left hand side, vision is obscured so drivers CANNOT see traffic exiting the underpass, drivers who do exit the underpass have clear sight of traffic on their right, no traffic coming they exit at speed, ignoring the fact there may be and usually is a driver on their left exiting from the dual carriageway. Some one will be killed here.

This has been brought to the attention of the council before but nothing seems to be getting done to improve the situation.

Again this is an area that beggars belief, someone will die here.
