Wheelie bin lid broken

Our wheelie bin lid was broken two weeks ago by the Bromley council waste crew and left on one hinge. This morning 19th Oct 2009 the lid must have been fully broken as it had completely disappeared when we went to take it back in. Please can the council replace the lid as this is a biohazard, a safety hazard - animals/ foxes can get in. Thank you.
