Can the pavement sweeper sweep the pavement to clear the leaves falling from the trees that belong to the council. the pavement is not swept on a regular basis and in fact was not done in 2008 and 2009 !

SLIPPERY PAVEMENTS DUE TO LEAVES, I HAVE TO WALK ON THE ROAD TO PREVENT FALLING OVER. CAN WE HAVE THEM CLEARED PLEASE?
finally had a response from the cleansing dept. The leaves are picked up on a rota BUT DIDN'T EXPLAIN HOW LONG THIS ROTA IS. As they haven't done this road for at least TWO YEARS it would appear on the bottom of the rota, so much for being a main road used by thousands of people every day, in other words NO CHANCE !
NOTHING HAPPENED SO MANOR WAY MUST BE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ROTA, THANK GOODNESS THE WIND BLEW THE LEAVES AWAY BUT IT CAN'T BLOW AWAY THE BROKEN GLASS OUTSIDE NUMBER 98 WHICH WAS REPORTED ON THE 6TH OF NOVEMBER. PERHAPS THE COUNCIL WILL CLEAR THE LEAVES IN THE AUTUMN OF 2010 BUT I DON'T THINK SO !!
today the 10th of June 2010 the council swept the pavenent outside my house,it only took nearly eight months. No chance of coming this autumn to clear the leaves as we have had our turn on the rota which means about once every three years or longer.
