Parking down Gimli Watch

I am a resident down Gimli Watch and have an issue with the parking down the street. On the side I live most of the streetis drop down curbs as our garages and drive ways link onto the road, this also allows for us to park outside our houses without distrupting the pavement or passing cars. However since new houses have been built over the other side although only one or two houses have been sold, visitors are parking on this side of the road which incidently has high rise curbs and because the road is so narrow, cars are having difficulty passing down, and the residents on the left side (my side) are having problems parking outside our houses and getting in and out of our drive ways. I am really concerned about the danger of this as the side with the drop down curbs the residents use but if people are parking on the other side and blocking most of the road, cars coming down the road are having to go in and out of the cars and up pavements. Please Help!
