Dumped recyling bag in rear alley and lack of cleaning

Behind number 33 Hawley Square there is a dumped bag of recyling waste. This is a constant problem. The alley way is the responsibility of TDC. It is also not on a cleaning route of either road sweeper that clean Churchfields and Addington Street. There have been constant complaints about this and it is never allocated to a route
