Rubbish/fouling/derelict garages/youths

The garages/area at the end of springfield cres is very over grown, flytipping/rubbish is evident, youths use thi8s area as a hideaway for a smoke, there is dog fouling as it is used as a dog loo, some of the garages are ready to fall down and some of the owners are the culprits of the rubbish, the area was reported to the council via the environmental agency some time ago as rats were and still are present but to date nothing has happened, please, let us see some progress and some action for our ever increasing council taxes.
