Barking dog

White island terrier constantly barks ,every time it is let out in the garden .it can bark sometimes up to 2hours none stop, the owners never tell it to shut up .it barks at anything .it is barking as i am writing this!!!

the council did contact me and sent a letter out to the people involved and the barking at the moment is not too bad i her the dog on a morning for about 2 or 3 mins and at evening for the same length so hopefully it has been fixed!!!!

the dog has started again so that did not last long and the owners just do nothing ,they do`nt even tell it to shut up
