Big problem

There has been a dog fouling problem in this area for several months. People do not pick up their dogs faeces. I am fed up to the back teeth [edited for privacy - details sent to council] I have three small children which have to be carried upstairs, one at a time so apart from anything else it is a health hazard as well.
