Persistent, Continuous Problem

There seems to be a number of people who live in this locality who have NO RESPECT for the Environment, or the Quality of Life of others. There is a small area at the Park Street end of a Lanscaped Strip of Land which was NOT Landscaped, and almost EVERY DAY people Tip Rubbish there. The Local Authority does seem to be pretty good at cleaning the site up (almost every week), but hardly a day passes from when one Pile of Rubbish is removed, before the Next Load is Dumped. My flat is adjacent to this spot and although I haven't lived here 12 months yet, I have already seen SEVERAL Three Piece Suites, Armchairs, Double and Single Beds, Matresses, Fridges and Fridge-Freezers, Washing Machines, Rolls of Carpet, Rotten Gates, Doors and Fence Sections, Window Frames, Kitchen Units, and Sacks of Building Rubble, Wallpaper Strippings, and General Household and Garden Waste, dumped here by a few "Scum of The Earth" neighbours.

Can't the Local Authority install some Temporary CCTV Equipment to monitor the site, so that the Disgusting Individuals who Dump their Rubbish here can be Identified and Prosecuted ?
