Car speeding in Redington Road

We have a serious problem with cars speeding along Redington Road. The problem is more relevant in non-peak hours includinglate evening and early morning, yet cars tend to go too fast everytime they can. It is not clear why nearby Frognal and Arkwright Roads have humps and it is not the same for Redington Road. It is urgent to act before a serious accident happens.

Updates
Nothing has been done at least to investigate the magnitude of the problem. There are hundred of cars each week breaking the speed limits in a residential area and nobody is taking this report seriously enough to investigate it further (e.g. with speed cameras). A council officer sent an email stating that actions are likely to be taken only as result of a number of accidents reported in the road. Which is likely saying that their policy is NOT to consider reports that may prevent serious accidents. They will wait for someone's death to consider whether or not traffic calming and other safety procedures are appropriate.
Still there is no sign of any action from the council and local police. Cars continue breaking the law, breaking the speed limits, putting people at risk, causing distressing noise, and it seems there is no way a citizen can ask authorities to make drivers to respect the law.
