Dog barking

Number 26 barkby road's dog barks constantly barks for up to 3 hours a day,its kept in the back garden,it is constant and the owners just leave it out to bark . in the summer the smell of dog poo coming from the garden is overpowering as its left to decay,

We have on previous occassions advised the complainant on how Env Health investigate all allegations of statutory nuisance within the Borough.

Unfortunately (to date) the complainant has not returned the requested diary records for us to be in a position to proceed further.
